I found the location convenient for accessing the Titanic Quarter. Free parking was a significant advantage . The hotel's proximity to the City Airport also simplified my arrival and departure.

the location was good near the university (i loved visiting it), museum, and botanic park. the value for money was good. the breakfast choice was excellent and varied. the staff were friendly too.
the room was clean but seemed a bit out of date with an old couch.

The cleanliness was not great. My pillowcase had a stain. there was not much space to hang clothes. the tap was also too close to the basin, annoying when i used cold water.
